Terms and Conditions of Sale / Return Policy 

All parts purchased are warranted to be free of defect and may be returned subject to the manufacturer warranty. Returns for other than defects are accepted only within the first 30 days after purchase. The non-defective parts must be unused and in its original condition. The part must be returned in its original package. The part must be accompanied by the original receipt or no credit will be issued. Electrical components are not returnable if they have been installed.  Used parts will not be subject to return for credit. The address on your invoice should be used when returning merchandise for credit. Your credit card or PayPal account will be credited for the original charge within 72 hours of receipt by RegalStuff Enterprises. If the returned product is in unacceptable condition, you will be advised via e-mail with the reason for the credit not being issued to your credit card or PayPal account. If an incorrect part is shipped by us, RegalStuff Enterprises will absorb all expenses associated with the return of the part and provide full invoice credit.

Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of Arizona.
